The Deep Blues Show is a weekly blues radio program broadcast on WEVL Memphis, FM 89.9. Hosted by yours truly, Steve, the show features two hours of classic and traditional blues ever Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00pm (Central time zone), and rebroadcast the following Monday morning from 8:00 to 10:00am. Tune into WEVL, 89.9fm if you're in the Memphis (Tennessee/Arkansas/Mississippi) area. You may also listen on-line, just follow the instructions here.

Often times folks ask me which blues artists I like to go watch play. Certainly, I love to watch blues live, however I find that most of those musicians I like the most have passed on from this world.
Starting in 2006, I'm hoping to make visits to the gravesites of my favorite Blues musicians, to pay respects and to try to make their lives real to me beyond simply listening to their music.
